By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Overview

Apostille provides online appointment scheduling and document authentication services for Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) documents, including birth, marriage, and death certificates. Our service facilitates secure appointment booking, document verification, and apostille certification in accordance with Philippine and international legal requirements.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register and use our services. Account registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Appointment Booking & Fees

Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Non-refundable service fees apply at the time of booking. Fee amounts are displayed prior to confirmation and include applicable government and processing charges.
No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the appointment and associated fees.

4. Document Submission & Verification

Submitted documents must be clear, legible, and valid. PSA reserves the right to reject documents that are incomplete, altered, or inconsistent with official records. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with Philippine and destination-country apostille requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apostille is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to delays, data loss, or errors in document processing. We strive for accuracy and timeliness but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on this site are the property of PSA Online Appointment Services or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the Last updated: March 15, 2025. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
